After continuously thinking about clever little sentences
that described my little life I thought it was about time to write these down…
mainly for future references but also because I've ran out of things to do with
my free time. So here goes, here’s my
first blog entry.
Where do I start? Okay, let’s talk about me (This stuff is
probably irrelevant but I feel like I must introduce myself); I'm a FRESHER @
NTU, living in the heart of NTU’s craziness in Peverall halls, Clifton, and I
most definitely wouldn't have it any other way. I've just finished my first
term (..or semester if you want to be one of those knobs) and am still living through what could be
described as the honey moon period. By
honey moon period I mean, no one has killed anyone in the block yet, and no one wants to drop out yet. The yet at the end of both of
these statements is hugely necessary as there is almost a guarantee that both
will be attempted at some point in the next term.
Anyway…
My flat mates, in fact my block mates have been a blessing to me, within a term some of them have not only become some of the bestest friends I have ever had they have also become my family; I'm now three days into my Christmas break and missing them with every inch of my body, it’s ridiculous. These people were just total strangers that lived on the same planet as me three months ago, but I guess that is what I have learnt to be one of the most beautiful factors of university life, you fall hard and fast for people who the real world would never allow you to meet let alone adore.
So yeah as you can tell so far no complaints, university life is the sweet life!!
DISCLAIMER:
Future blogs intend to demonstrate crude and reckless stories about my fellow freshers, deep thoughts and reflections on what being a fresher is teaching me and photos of my dear friends pulling complete skanks and slipping disgustingly.
